It's the 23rd day of an even month, which means it's time to bring you up to speed on my never-ending trek through the IMDb Top 250.
Those of you who follow my blog pretty much know the deal by now - I'm trying to see every film on the famous list and post every two months telling you how far I've got. The good news is that I managed to see quite a few on the list in the last two months, having reviewed The Shawshank Redemption and The Exorcist (also look out for my forthcoming review of Beauty and the Beast).
The bad news is that, because the list is constantly changing, I've still only seen 112. Doing this list is as frustrating as it is a good source of discipline: I've rented certain films like The Perks of Being A Wallflower with the express intention of ticking off another (apparently really good) entry, only for it to drop out of the 250 without any warning.
Anyway, all bickering aside, here's my list as it currently stands. As before, blue means I've seen the film but haven't reviewed it, and red means I don't personally think that said film deserves to be there. Beside each film you'll find links to my reviews, along with episodes of The Movie Hour podcast and WhatCulture! articles where appropriate. See you in two months...
