RIP in 2014

With 2015 now underway, it's time to briefly take a look back at all the people that the film industry has lost in the last 12 months. Apologies that this post is a few days late - I've recently returned from ringing in the New Year in London with my fiancee and a couple of good friends, and have needed most of the weekend to recover
Here is a rundown of individuals in the film world (and a few from elsewhere) who have passed away in 2014, many of whom I've paid tribute to on this blog. Feel free to drop me a comment below if I've overlooked anyone.
