The Woman in Black, the latest from the reborn Hammer stable, has been out in cinemas for about a week and a half and done pretty well at the box office. But it started me thinking about the number of recent ghost stories we've seen on our screens, and why we are getting them now? Here are my thoughts in my latest article for WhatCulture:
